IF/Then Formula to add to a date depending if a number falls w/in a certain range

I am trying to figure out a formula that would allow me to add a certain number of years to a date depending on the associated number. For example, if the number is between 90-100 3 years will be added to the date, if the number is between 80-89 then 2 years would be added and if the number is 79 and below then 1 year will be added to the date. For example,

90 (1/1/2019) {one cell} ----> 1/1/2022 {the associated cell}
80 (1/1/2019) {one cell} ----> 1/1/2021 {the associated cell}
79 (1/1/2019) {one cell} ----> 1/1/2020 {the associated cell}
