    Post Formula to Calculate Number of Incidents Within A Range

    Hello -

    Can you please advise what set of formulas I should use to calculate a number of incidents between between 7pm and 6:59am based on the date range (constant) shown below:

    12/27/18 6:30 AM
    12/30/18 7:30 AM
    12/31/18 8:30 AM
    1/1/19 8:30 PM
    1/2/19 6:30 PM
    1/3/19 9:30 PM
    1/4/19 6:30 AM

    Thank you in advance!

    Re: Formula to Calculate Number of Incidents Within A Range

    Hello & Welcome to the Forum,

    Does this work for you?

    G14 >> =COUNTA(G5:G11)-G15

    G15 >> =SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(G5:G11,1) >= 0.29),--(MOD(G5:G11,1) < 0.79)) Or G15 >> =SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(G5:G11,1) >= TIMEVALUE("7:00 AM")),--(MOD(G5:G11,1) < TIMEVALUE("6:59 PM")))
