Find and replace cells before certain characters

Hi guys
I have a column of cells and each cell has mutliple lines

A1
Kök Kelimeler Toplam: 117
ebâ - 3 - çekindi, kaçındı, direndi
fe ebev - 1 - fakat çekindiler

A2
Kök Kelimeler Toplam: 25
âdeme - 13 - Âdem
âdemu - 2 - Âdem


what i wish to achieve is to
1. remove the first line completely so "Kök Kelimeler Toplam: digit"
2. remove anything before the second dash

A1
çekindi, kaçındı, direndi
fakat çekindiler

and then replace the line break with a comma

so end result will look like this

A1
çekindi, kaçındı, direndi, fakat çekindiler

A2
Âdem, Âdem

It might be best to use a formula in another column.

It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Don't try to use the Paperclip icon, as this does not work on this forum.
