fill cell with value based on another value

Ok. in the Sheet1 , if i put the value 1 in cell b2, i want that value to be fiiled in automated way to the cell b4, and if in b5 i put the value 2 that value to be copied or automatic filled to the cell where i put another value and so on. some help?

From my interpretation, you may want to fill cells B3 and down with the following: =B2.
Each time that you enter a number in column B the number will overwrite the formula in that cell and the cells below will display that number down to the cell where you type in the next number.
If that isn't what you want then I would say that this is a case where displaying a before and after would be appropriate. I assume that the file attached to post #1 is what you have before the process is applied. Please manually produce the outcome you want after the process is applied. Then someone may be able to automate the process using a formula or code.
