=IF(Count), I don't understand why this formula is using count on my Spreadsheet

    Post =IF(Count), I don't understand why this formula is using count on my Spreadsheet

    =IF(COUNT(G11,G18)=2,G14/(G18+G11),"")

    This formula is in cell G20, it's calculating EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) to Principal and interest payments. I don't understand why this has count in the formula?!?!?!

    I'm using the Current Tab where I changed the second PY, Immediate PY, Current Year to 2016, 2017, 2018.

    No idea on count in this formula

    It’s just one way to check that both cells have data before performing the calculation. There are other ways it could be done - using an AND clause for example.
