Need a formula for calculation of amount, but with MAX/MIN limits

HI! Please se attaced excelsheet. I try to find the rigth combination of IF formulas, or maybe I am looking for something else. If you know a better formula, please use that, but if you mange to also solve this with a IF formula, I would like to see that. Maybe someone even make a makro out of this, but I dont know that well. So i prefer a formula..

Thanks,but it dont take in consideration MAKS 100800 as a result..

Just wrap the previous formula in anotherb MIN()
i.e.
