Conditional Format a cell to turn red based upon the color of another cell.

I am working a spreadsheet and I need to have cell C2 and D2 red whenever cell B2 turns red. This won't apply to every cell in these columns, just a select few to identify issues.
Cell B2 has the following conditional formatting "AND($C2="",$D2="")" if this occurs cell B2 turns red. Both of the previous conditions must occur, if one or the other does not occur B2 does not turn red and the line is correct. What I am trying to add in is to highlight C2 and D2 red if both come up as empty cells.

I"m not sure if this will require some VBA (not very familiar) or not.
