Auto fill fails with references to another cel

Dear,

I have been working on a kind of roster, which works with many different tabs.
I don't want to type out every cel, you will understand that , just see the image, you'll understand me if you see how big this is.

I have tried to use a Macro for this, didn't work out

Any tips how I can do this quickly?
