Need help making a dropdown reference a table based on a previous entry

Hi guys! First post here. I am pretty good at basic Excel functions but I'm just starting to learn formulas / etc. What I have is a selection sheet. I have 2 dropdowns. I want the options shown in the second dropdown to depend on what has been chosen in the first. In my example picture below, the first dropdown asks for color. Then the second dropdown would only show the options under the chosen color. (For example, if they chose Green in the first dropdown, the second dropdown would ONLY show them a choice of 3, 4, and 5). I'm steering towards VLookup right now but I'm afraid it is beyond my current knowledge. Would one of you be able to help? What would that formula look like? Thank you very much for the assistance!
