    Conditional Formatting for Annual Expiries

    Good afternoon,

    Apologies if this query has been raised to death but I am quite confused about how to conditionally format dates.

    Case:
    I have a list of book last loaned dates
    They are allowed to keep the books for one year
    I want to highlight the ones that have expired

    Say June-18 and I want to highlight it because it is not June-19 but it will highlight to green once I change to December-18

    Kind regards,
    Cleric

    Try this as CF rule: =A2<=TODAY()-365
    Click the * to say thanks.

    Thank you for your response. As you see, the Aug-19 is highlighted red suggesting that a year has lapsed.

    Attach a sample workbook, not picture(which is invalid). To attach: Go Advanced - Manage Attachments -

    It worked, thank you! I have two more queries sorry:

    - How do I highlight upcoming dates / say if someone's expiry is coming in 60 days?
    - How do I copy one formula across for several columns?

    Try: =A2<=TODAY()+60
    - How do I copy one formula across for several columns?
    As CF rule? Select entire range and apply formula or use Format Painter
