Index Match with a dynamic range (using 3 criteria types)

Good evening all,
First of all, please advise if the naming in the title is correct.
In the spirit of the forum I have tried using indexing matching, offsets etc.

I have attached a worksheet FYI.

I have a range of data that pulls from a report where the columns change based on what information is available.

For example on the worksheet the information in column O (test 3) could be populated with Q (test 5) in tomorrows data dump.

Column 'K' will always be the first column of the data dump.

Whichever column the data lands in need it to populate in the columns B - E

I hope all that makes sense. Thank you on advance for any help.
