Selecting data from one multiple project time schedule worksheet to appear per person

I have the equivalent of a work schedule / Gaant table which shows multiple projects with the tasks allocated and the hours per day, per person. People are represented by cell fill colours which also contain the # hours.
I want to see the tasks and hours set per person, per week. Either by filtering or selecting data to appear on another sheet.

I can filter a day by colour cell, but then I do not have the remaining 4 days.
    Sorting, moves too much around.

I have attached an example of what I have to work with, with an expected result underneath the data.

Could anyone advise on the formula I need?
    Thanks
