Lookup the Minimum time for a certain person across multiple tabs.

Hi All,

I am new to this site and I couldn't find if this had already been asked or not, but I need some help.

I am a swim coach and I have a spread sheet that has the results for each meet on different tabs. I have the swimmers going down in rows, and then the events across the top (they're in the same order in every tab). I then have a final tab that I want to have their best times come up. This is where I'm struggling. I am trying to look up the swimmers name, and if I can the event and have it spit out their best time in this event.

I'm okay with excel, but I'm struggling with this.

If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it!!
