Highlight range cells based on category (conditional formatting)

I would like to highlight a range of cells with a certain color based on a few conditions
Only cells between the start and enddate should be coloured. There are 4 categories which each should have a own color.

I made an exmaple attached. Hoipe somebody can help me

=($A2<D$1)*($B2>D$1-7)*($C2=1)

Change 1 to 2,3,4
