    Returning # Of Seconds In Given Interval From Non-Interval Data

    I have data that identifies the start time and stop time as well as duration (in seconds) that an event occurs. What I'm looking to do is sum that up by 30 minute intervals and by event description. In the attached, the Output sheet reflects the desired format (looking for a way to populate columns C-E) and I've manually calculated column C as an example. The Data sheet has some sample data.
