Formula To Calculate Month in a Previous Date

Dear Sirs/Madams

Please can you assist me with a formula.

The current date is 30/11/2019 and I would like to determine the month (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12) based on this date minus 57 months.

So 30/11/2019 minus 57 months gives me what month?
