Sales Mix Percentage formula
Good day I am created a menu engineering report for a restaurant. I have created various food groups which make up the entire food menu, such as seafood's, meats etc. I would like to create a formula which shows each food groups contribution to the overall menu items sales figure.

The second sentence of your post indicates that you have a spreadsheet and want a formula to automate a calculation. I suggest that up use the information in the banner at the top of the page to upload the spreadsheet or a desensitized sample thereof.
