list of unique matches based on multiple criteria

I'm pretty sure this topic was already here however I cannot find any thread :/

Can you please advise formula to get unique list of suppliers based on multiple criteria?

in column "A" there are names of suppliers I would like to list i column "G" based on criteria in cell G3, G4, G5 --- criteria in those cells are drop down list so I would like list of suppliers to change while criteria changes
criteria in cell G3 = yes or reduction and those are listed in column "B"
criteria in cell G4 = yes or no or need response and those are listed in column "C"
criteria in cell G5 = no or need response and those are listed in column "D"

in column G under LIST I would like to get results based on how criteria in cell G3, G4, G5 are changing

for instance:
G3=non
G4=non
G5 = non
then I would like to get a list of those suppliers who are meeting these criteria
in this case there would be only 2 suppliers listed --- from cell A11 and A39

I applied formula:
=LOOKUP(1,0/((Table1[Journée de la sappe]=$G$3)*(Table1[Interessé ? ]=$G$4)*(Table1[Contrat signé ? ]=$G$5))/(COUNTIF(G$6:$G6, Table1[[Nom ]])=0),Table1[[Nom ]])
but is returns error
