Finding Difference with Index Match Multiple Criteria

    Hello,

I'm trying to create a calculator in excel for helping with timecards. I'm given the data below automatically and need to find a way to subtract the logged out agent state in the last line (15:31:00) minus the logged out agent state (7:04:00) in the first line. There are multiple different Agent Names and dates to take into consideration in this same list. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

Agent Date Agent State Reason Start Time End Time Duration
    Mary Smith 2/3/2020 LoggedOut 0:00:00 7:04:00 0:07:04:00
    Mary Smith 2/3/2020 NotReadyForNextCall 7:04:00 7:07:00 0:00:03:00
