    Automated Break Schedule

    Hi Everyone,

Wondering if it's possible to do this:

Multiple people may have the same shift in a day. They will all have different breaks. Using VLookup I can reference breaks, however is there a way to have excel use the next available breaks ( based on a data sheet ) once the first one in a list has been used ?

Ive added a small spreadsheet to explain what I am trying to do. I guess I could do a shift like: 9:30-6:00. 9:30-6:01 and it would work, but I would rather not have to worry about remembering to add 6:01,6:02, etc

    Thanks in advance,

    Ron

Would you manually add the results you expect and clearly identiy which they are and how you arrived at them.

Hopefully I have explained this inside the worksheet. Ultimately trying to vlookup 2nd,3rd matched value so staff won't have the same break times.
