Yearly £/$ Budget to Hourly average spend?

Hi, I am looking to convert my yearly budget into a more easily digestible format, in the past we have received our yearly spend in hours, so for example "You have 3600 hours a month to spend" which was calculated using the hourly wage average of 8.2, my yearly budget in currency is "112,489", how do I convert that yearly budget in currency, into a yearly "hourly" spend average using the average wage of 8.2 in Formulas? any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am wracking my brains right now. Thank you
