How to Count specific words in a range of cells based on condition

Hello every one

i wrote a code that Count specific words in a range of cells

i mean if there is any cell that includes "ist" and "kl" even it is exist more than one i want to count all in the range
it is working without problem but

i need to make that based on a condition so if i write code in column K it gives me count for that code only not all range
so if code in in K8 exist in Column E then count all "ist" and "kl" and not count count the other codes

i have attached workbook so any one can understand me
