Convert Months in Decimal Format to Historical Date

Hello,

I am attempting to determine the exact month an employee entered their current role, and our system shows time in current role as 25 months. I would like to determine how to convert the 25 months to an actual historical date (m/yyyy-> 1/2018) format.

Maybe this...

=TEXT(EOMONTH(TODAY(),-25),"m/yyyy")

Note that this produces a text value, not an actual date (your requested 1/2018 is not actually a real date which is why I chose to return it as text). If you want a real date, use this...

=EOMONTH(TODAY(),-25)

and format the cell as m/yyyy instead.
