Hi!
I am trying to determine the cumulative length of service between 2 date ranges yielding results of " _ years, _ months".
I used the =DATEDIF function to yield the length between original hire and prior term date as well as rehire date and date that length of service is being calculated to (12/31/2019).
How do I combine those?

Would the Excel function of "=YearFrac()" be useful to you? In H2 try this formula and pull it down.

That yields a numerical data, correct? Whereas the year is a whole number and the remainder is decimal?
I think that will give me the information I need.
