Help with MIN/Max formula (with criteria)

I have a worksheet that lists orders and ship dates. Orders are typically not shipped all at once, so I have multiple columns that list ship quantities and ship dates. I would like to create a formula where i can enter an order number into a cell, and have the formula return the first ship date and the last ship date of that specific order. I am able to create a general MIN/MAX formula that returns the first and last ship dates of all orders, but I can't figure out how to correctly add the 'IF' function to get my desired result.
