Calculation of Week Number based on Custom Dates

Hi to everyone,

i am new to this forum and i have a question regarding the custom date calculation.......

Date Week#
01-Jan-20 1
03-Jan-20 1
06-Jan-20 1
07-Jan-20 1
08-Jan-20 2
12-Jan-20 2
15-Jan-20 3


i also want that for 2019 the date should also be like this:

Date Week#
01-Jan-19 1
03-Jan-19 1
06-Jan-19 1
07-Jan-19 1
08-Jan-19 2
12-Jan-19 2
15-Jan-19 3
