Extract Data (name) from Remaining Days

Hi Guys,

I need help with something,.I have two sheets, 1 sheet is where the data is located and sheet two is where the names should be placed. I need help with a formula wherein if the remaining days (Column D) is equal or greater than 12(days), it will extract the name of the person and put it in sheet two (Column A). Is that possible? So we don't have to manually filter and extract the data everyday. Maybe someone could help me with the formula? It will make sense once you see the excel sheet (I hope).
