Conditional Formatting on date - not working correctly

Hello

I did have a search but couldn't specifically see what I needed.

I've attached an example of the database I'm trying to create.

Issue 1 - I have got an ISBLANK statement, This Month, and Cell Value - which sort of works - but what I need the sheet to do is:


Date in the future - format to 'no fill' black text

Date due in next 30 days from the date in the cell - format fill Amber colour

As soon as the date has passed it needs to turn red.



Issue 2 - if the cell is blank I need the cell to be empty - at the moment it's red.



Issue 3 - When I put a Y in the completed column I need the date to turn green.

For amber use
=AND(F2<>"",F2<=TODAY()+30)
For red
=AND(F2<>"",F2<TODAY())
For green
=G2="Y"
