Conditional Formatting and new problem, chart updates, stopped working correctly

Hello, I have a large workbook that has been working fine until just recently.

THe conditional formatting has stopped working correctly for the text color. example, So I have a cell A1 that is to be white text, no back ground color, and no border color, unless another specific cell B2 is = 2. if I change cell B2 to =2 then it should turn the font color to black, background to yellow, and border to red. All of this happens but then the font color revert backs to white automatically, the background color and border remain correct. If I click "Calculate sheet", it will fix, if I click "Calculate now" the text will turn back white again. So anytime the whole workbook updates, the text is reverting back to the set color regardless what the conditional formatting is telling it to do.??? any help would be appreciated!

Re: Conditional Formatting stopped working correctly

Help with what? How can we assess the problem based on a description?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Re: Conditional Formatting and new problem, Chart Updates, stopped working correctly

I found the cause/fix. had to go to Developer_Visual Basic_View_Project Explorer_"This Workbook": in the properties for "this Workbook" the option for 'ForceFullCalculation' was set to false for some reason. Switching it to true fixed the issue of all of the conditional formatting not applying when the workbook recalculates. Hopefully this will help some one in the future.
