Which timing is more sale is happened with category -- Need Formula

Hi Friends,

I need which timing is more sale is happened. So, I split timing in below categories. Could you please help me to find out the details.

Time Period
6 am to 9 am
9.01 am to 12 pm
12.01 pm to 3 pm
3.01 pm to 6 pm
6.01 pm to 9 pm
9.01 pm to 12 pm

Example
Date format Answer (Need formula)
1/1/20 7:03 AM - 6 am to 9 am
1/1/20 11:09 AM - 9.01 am to 12 pm
1/1/20 1:10 PM - 12.01 pm to 3 pm
1/1/20 3:43 PM - 3.01 pm to 6 pm
1/1/20 6:49 PM - 6.01 pm to 9 pm
1/1/20 11:45 PM - 9.01 pm to 12 pm
