Using sum and count function in a pivot table summary

Hi,

I am interested to know how can we use count and sum functions together as per our requirement in a pivot table , I have a monthly summary sheet with the details of man hours consumed row wise and for the particular work column wise , Now I would like to know is there a way to get the work summarized , like the number of days a particular work has been done ,

I have attached an excel sheet as example , Manhours for first 10 days , column B gives the details of the employees and row 4 gives the details of the work orders . Sheet 12 gives a complete summary which is made using a pivot table , The grand total of each work orders are obtained which is perfect . Now i would like to know how many times the work orders [ row 4] is repeated in 10 days [ count the work orders which is repeated without affecting the grand total ] Eg: [ JO/20/XXX is done for 5 days ] .

I tried adding a row at the end of each sheet with value 1 in each column and then tried the summary but the grand total goes for a toss since it adds up the row . Any help on this would be great .

Also is there any other way to get the summary done
