I'm trying to add times. (e.g.: cells containing 4:23, 5:12, 3:15, etc...) and get a total time. (The time indicates min:sec) Is there a function to make that possible?

Assuming they are real time numbers (fractions of a day is how Excel stores time values), then a simple SUM() function (or + operator) should be able to sum up to get the total.
If they are text strings, then the first step would be to convert them to real time values so you can use the SUM() function.
Remember that Excel offers "time of day" formats and "elapsed time" formats. If your total time is less than 1 day, it probably doesn't matter which you use, but if your totals will ever be greater than 1 day, be sure to use an "elapsed time" format so your displayed result is meaningful.
As mentioned, a sample file will help us help you.
