Need Help creating formula to show when an amount has been met

I am revising my HOA reserve funding and want to show when we reach full funding on an asset. I think I have most of my formulas correct
I am looking for a formula that will notify me when the funding is met, this would be the amount in cell F2 - Replacement cost
