    Convert mixed string into separate columns

    Hello,

    Each month I pull a video report from an external site to Excel. On this site we have created some custom fields to help us identify each video. When we pull the report it puts all our custom fields into one cell in the order the field was updated on their site.

    It looks like this:

    I would like it to look like this:

    Currently, I do a very long-winded method using filters and vLookups, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a quicker, more straightforward way?

    Using Video_Type, Platform, mo_Department and Region as the column headers the following formula will supply the values:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
