Need a tweak to the NETWORKDAYS function... I do NOT want it to include the starting date in the day count. I'm functional, but no expert in Excel (obviously), but any help would be appreciated. Example worksheet attached.

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2,Holidays!A2:A12)-1

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

Well... I'm not sure why I hadn't thought about that simple addition. Thank you for your reply, as I was trying to make it more complicated than (obviously) necessary.
