Hi,
This is my first post here and hopefully I managed to add my image.
My question is how to I get the icon set in every cell in e.g collum F to show if the Value i e.g F5 is Lower, Higher or the same as in E5?

Icon sets work on the cell in which the value is found only. The only way to do it is duplicate and apply an icon, then hide the contents - you can then make two cells look like one.
