Hi All
I'm sure I'm missing something here, but no matter what I try I can't get conditional formatting to highlight an entire row based on the value in certain cells.
This is even the case on a tiny example spreadsheet I've created with no other formatting on it, so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
This is the rule:

Detail here:

Which gives this:
spreadsheet ex 3.png
I'm also not able to attach the spreadsheet to this post for some reason? I'm guessing I should be using the paperclip icon?
Edit: Should say this is in O365 (desktop).
What am I doing wrong?
