lookup all the columns with certain word, extract the value, sum

You can use this formula in B3:

=SUMIF($F$2:$Y$2,B$2,$F3:$Y3)

then copy across to E3, then copy those 4 formulae down as required. You can change the Y to suit however many columns you have.
