Capture data from multiple tabs and paste in specific format

Hello everyone, I have hopeful that someone is able to fix an issue that I've had for quite some time now. The folks here have tried to help before but was not able to complete it properly (probably my fault).

The file will have an "input" tab followed by four other tabs based on the years.

In the Input tab, I would like to capture the data that is in column A, B, and row 1 and match it with the 4 tabs.

I would like to continue to add the store # down column A along with the same dates and have be able to drag the formula down to fill in the data. Is this possible?
