    Lookup with upper and lower boundaries

    Hi Guys

    I'm trying to lookup a value and return a label based off whether the lookup value falls between upper and lower thresholds.

    I'm not sure if the fact the values are [hh]:mm is having any impact but I can't work out the formula I need

    Mini example attached with the correct answer in column C and my attempted formula in column D.
