Thank you however I have a very basic understanding of Excel, these help sheets really do not make sense to me.
.
This will seem difficult at first but after a few tries on your own I am certain you will learn a new tool for your projects.
What you are looking for is CONDITIONAL FORMATTING. That is located in the MENU BAR at the top. You can Google EXCEL CONDITIONAL FORMATTING to see tons of examples and learn.
Open the attached workbook and follow the directions :
Home Tab
Conditional Formatting
Manage Rules
Click top rule in small window at bottom
Click EDIT RULE (do not change anything !)
The rule states : =COUNTIF(D6:E14,"No")
The PREVIEW is WHITE (formatted to be white)
So if there is a least one NO in all those cells, C5 will be WHITE
Click on the botton rule (do not change anything !)
The rules states : =COUNTIF(D6:E14,"Yes")
The PREVIEW is GREEN (formatted to be green)
So if all those cells show Yes, C5 will be GREEN
Thank you, will play around with this and see if I can work it out.
