    lookup group by YOS

    hi there, I'm in need of help finding a simple formula to figure out the group identifier based on years of service. hoping this will be an easy fix

    =IF(E8<2,"","Group "&LOOKUP(E8,{2,3,4,5,10},{1,2,3,4,5}))
