IF and Formula does not work

Hi,

This morning iam busy with an formula i cannot solve. This the formula: (there are some dutch words in this formula these are date formulas in dutch)

What i want: If the value in kolom I5 is greater then 2, and the date of kolom M2 is greater or equal to H5 the amount which is given in kolom L5 must be displayed in the cel where the formule is given. Somehow it is not working. What am i doing wrong?


=if(and(I5>2;(M$2>=$H5;(REST(DATUMVERSCHIL($H5;M$2;"y")+$I5;$I5)=0)*$L5;0)
