Formula of number Years between two date

Hi,

I am aware of the Yearfrac formula to get the number of years between two dates. But i am trying to find a number of years based on the year on date. Example.

22/12/2014 to 01/04/2021 : it should be 7 years.
02/02/2015 to 01/04/2021 : it should 6 years.

Above calculation is purely based on difference between year and not the actual difference of numbers in decimal. as pear YEARFRAC formula, i get 6.27 and 6.16 and hence rounding method doesnt work from me here.

Unless I am misunderstanding something, something like =YEAR(later date)-YEAR(earlier date) should do this.
