How to extract member names for each leader in a worksheet

I have an Excel sheet of individuals whos status are Members or Leaders. The members are listed first, then at the last row of each group the leader is listed. The names are in column C, the Status (Member or Leader) in column I. What I want to do is add a last column (Column J) that will extract the names of the members (column C) and list them in column J opposite the leader.

For instance, rows 2, 3 and 4 are members and row 5 is the leader. What I want to accomplish is list the names of members found in column C to column J opposite the Leader. Attached is the sample Excel file, the actual file contains a lot of rows.

Which Excel version are you currently using? Please update your profile, if needed.

Pity... It's so easy with O365....

Two choices: 1) helper column or 2) VBA (saved as .xlsm). Which way do you want to go?

I don't know much with VBA so using helper column is fine. Thank you!

I have a solution ready for you. However, you MUST act on the requirement at post # 6 first.

Edit: I see you have a solution elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time!! NEXT TIME: declare any/all cross-posts up-front, please.

No problem. I just get a bit overheated if I spend time on working out a solution for something that has been sorted out already. Thanks to my initial misreading of your requirement, I spent rather a long time getting to a solution that was entirely redundant.
