Creating a dynamic monthly meal calendar

Hello all! I am new to the community but I am looking for some assistance on a spreadsheet that is a bit beyond my excel knowledge. Any help is appreciated.

I am attempting to create a meal calendar that automatically updates from a tab that includes a list of daily meals for a complete month (see Meals tab on the attached spreadsheet). Making the calendar match the meals tab was easy enough with the following formula, =VLOOKUP("4/7/2021",Table1[[DATE (TEXT)]:[LUNCH]],2,FALSE). The part I am having trouble with is automatically adjusting to the position of the days. For example, when changing from April to May the 1st of the month moves from cell F6 to H6 and that is where my formula knowledge drops off. I am not sure how to incorporate the tracking of the day, month, and year to always have the correct meal.
