IFERROR Index and Match formula not returning expected result

Hello All

Can anyone shed some light on an issue I am having using a IFERROR INDEX AND MATCH formula

I believe I have the correct formula, but not getting the results I expected.

As you can see in the attachment , I am expecting to return a "BLANK" cell when there is nothing in the index and match formula , but yet I am returning a 0 ( Highlighted in yellow)
Any ideas where I went wrong ?

Index will return 0: you can hide zeros by formatting Cells as:

0;-0;;@
