Permutations with repetition - 4 letters long (all 26 letters in the alphabet)

Hello!
I have trouble generating a spreadsheet with permutations with repetition which I need to use for an Index. I need the spreadsheet to look like this:
AAAA
AAAB
......
ZZZY
ZZZZ
Can you help me please? Thank you!

Sorry, and thank you for your quick answer. I'm new to Excel formulas unfortunately. I checked and I actually use Office 2019. When i try to copy/paste the formula I get this error:

Found my problem. I needed to replace the comma with a semicolon here: =CHAR(MOD(INT((ROWS(B$1:B2)-2)/26^3) , 26) + 65)

For ex. into A2 and then drag it down as long as you will get ZZZZ.

edit1: Regional settings.
edit2: However formula is correct that kills CPU (killed mine on Win10 64 bit), so if you can use VBA I recommend use this:
