    Index Match - Horizontal and Vertical criteria

    Can anyone point me in the right direction on why I'm receiving errors with this formula?

    =INDEX('FINANCIALS-PREV'!$B$5:$AB$3000,MATCH($B9&D$8,'FINANCIALS-PREV'!$B$5:$B$3000&'FINANCIALS-PREV'!$B$5:$AB$5,0))

    On the table i'm pulling from, row 5 has dates and column B is the name of the job. Can you not do it this way with index/match?

    Dont you have to enter as a array formula?

    Ctrl+shift+Enter

    {=INDEX(range1,MATCH(1,(A1=range2)*(B1=range3)*(C1=range4),0))}
