IF(COUNTIF) across multiple worksheets

I have gotten this formula to work in looking at one worksheet...I want it to look in multiple worksheets. Any thoughts?

=IF(COUNTIF('Form Responses 1'!B:B,"Alicia Newcom"),"here","absent")

So 'Form Responses 1' is sheet 1 and I want to search 2, 3, 4 etc.
